The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in North West, responsible for managing and developing key client relationships in the water treatment and hygiene sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and helping them improve the efficiency and sustainability of their water systems.
  • Grow our customer base, identify new opportunities, and oversee the delivery of technical services.
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert advice on water hygiene and treatment solutions to clients across various industries.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in water hygiene, water treatment, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales, ideally within the water treatment sector.
  • Strong technical understanding of water systems and water hygiene protocols.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Salary

This is a competitive salary package of £52,000 (OTE £72,000+), plus benefits and ongoing training and career development opportunities.
