Job Overview

About the Role

You will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily living needs, including food and drink, personal care, and social activities. Your excellent communication skills and compassionate nature will enable you to build strong relationships with our residents and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as eating, dressing, and toileting
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A can-do approach and excellent communication skills
  • Experience of caring for older people or a willingness to learn
  • The ability to work as part of a team and prioritize tasks effectively
