Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our team at Zenna, with the potential to become a co-founder.

The successful candidate will lead the charge in shaping our brand and building our community as we take on the mental health tech space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute a Bold Marketing Strategy

Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive user growth, increase brand awareness, and establish Zenna as a leader in the mental health tech industry.

Build and Engage Our Community

Develop and execute a community engagement strategy to build a strong, engaged community around our brand and mission, leveraging social media platforms and digital channels.

Conduct Market Research

Stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs by conducting market research and analyzing data to inform marketing decisions.

Lead User Acquisition Strategies

Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to increase brand awareness and drive user growth, including collaborating with influencers and building online communities.

Craft Campaigns that Resonate

Develop and execute campaigns that resonate with our mission of improving mental health through innovation, leveraging a creative mind with a data-driven approach to marketing decisions.

Requirements
  • Experience in B2C Consumer Marketing

Proven experience in B2C consumer marketing and growth, with a strong track record of success.

Digital Marketing and Campaign Management Skills

Strong digital marketing and campaign management skills, including working with influencers and building online communities.

Industry Experience in Health and Wellness

Industry experience in health and wellness and consumer mobile app is ideal, with a passion for health and wellness and a desire to make a meaningful impact on people's mental well-being.

Strong Leadership Skills

Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
