We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Tradesperson to join our team at The Recruitment Co. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance tasks across various sites, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.


Job Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and repair of equipment, fixtures, and fittings in tenanted properties and communal areas.
  • Health and safety duties, including risk assessments and method statements.
  • Ad-hoc callouts and out-of-hours work as required.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in a maintenance or trades environment.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in joinery or similar discipline.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
