We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Recovery Specialist to join our Revenues team at Mid Devon District Council. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day collection of income recovery for all outstanding debts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Progress, monitor, and chase arrears cases to ensure timely collection of debts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clerical and computer records.
- Deal with customer inquiries, both internal and external, in a professional and courteous manner.
- Make decisions in line with government legislation and council policy.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
**Requirements:**
