We are seeking a professional Relief Care Supervisor to join our team at McCarthy Stone's Roslyn Court development in Ely, Cambridgeshire. As a key member of our Care and Support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our community and providing exceptional care to our homeowners.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the security of the development and oversee the safety and wellbeing of our homeowners
- Coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen community spirit within the development
- Provide emergency support to homeowners during night shifts
- Work collaboratively with the Estate Managers and Operations Manager to ensure seamless service delivery
As a Relief Care Supervisor at McCarthy Stone, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
