Job Summary:
Electroplaters play a critical role in ensuring the high quality of components used across various industries, including aerospace and defense. We are seeking an experienced Electroplater to join our team based in Reading. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing procedures to ensure best practices and high efficiency in plating operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain control plans for all plating processes.
  • Identify and address current process issues, integrating improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Provide instruction, training, and guidance to other workers involved in plating activities as needed.
  • Cary out inspections and monitor plating quality, surface finishes, and adherence to standards.
