We are recruiting for a Theatre Nurse / ODP to join our team at Appoint Healthcare in Norwich. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art operating department and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care.
About the Position:The successful candidate will have experience working in a busy theatre environment and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills. You will be responsible for preparing patients for surgery, supporting theatre staff during procedures, and monitoring patients' conditions throughout surgery.
A competitive salary of £36,000 per annum is on offer, based on experience, plus benefits including 35 days annual leave, employer and employee contributory pension, and private medical insurance.
Responsibilities:- Patient Management: Manage patients' care throughout their surgical journey, from preparation to recovery.
- Theatre Support: Provide support to theatre staff during procedures, including covering anaesthetic duties as required.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure medical equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
- At least 2 years UK experience in scrub is essential.
- Experience working under minimal supervision.
