Job Title: Residential Care Team Supervisor

Purosearch Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Residential Care Team Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our 3-bed residential home in Brinkworth. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support to children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties and complex needs.

Job Description:

  • Supervise a team of carers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care is delivered.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with local authorities, professionals, and families, promoting collaborative working practices.
  • Contribute to the ongoing assessment and development of individual care plans, ensuring they meet the needs of each resident.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Level 5 Leadership Management Children and Young People qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working with children and young people with EBD and complex needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with staff, residents, and stakeholders.
