Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior leaders with recruitment administration, including liaison with agencies, shortlisting, and interviews
- Work closely with line managers to ensure they understand and implement policies and procedures related to employee relations, absence, and performance
- Manage policy procedures, ensuring fair processes are followed and maintaining confidentiality
- Produce employee letters and contracts, as well as liaison with the payroll team
- Provide HR statistical information and reports as required
- Ensure effective and timely management of employee-related issues
- Assist with personnel audits and maintain up-to-date HR systems
Requirements:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in all matters, displaying appropriate judgment and initiative when required
- Strong organizational, planning, project management, and decision-making skills
- Previous HR experience, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- An adaptable team player, willing to learn and take on new challenges
- Strong administration skills, including working at pace and dealing with changing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
