Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring invoices are paid promptly and resolving any queries or disputes that may arise.
- Utilize effective communication skills to drive query resolution and payment, working closely with key stakeholders to achieve this goal.
- Ensure a best-in-class client experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining accurate records in D365.
- Collaborate with Sales Ledger, Sales Consultants, Placement Support, and Billing to maintain accurate customer records and ensure seamless communication.
- Attend regular ledger reviews with the Credit Control Manager/Team Leader to discuss portfolio performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the Credit Control Team Lead with ad-hoc initiatives and contribute to the development of the team.
- Collections experience, with a strong understanding of O2C processes and credit risk principles.
- Significant experience of managing a high-volume ledger, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of SAP (desirable) and Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Word.
- Expert communication and presentation skills, with the ability to review data and confidently make decisions.
- Great negotiator and influencer, with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
