About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Rang / Waiting Staff to join our team at Peaks & Dales Recruitment. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Work effectively as part of a team to maintain high standards of service and quality
- Ensure that all guests are treated with respect and professionalism
- Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef De Rang / Waiting Staff member in a similar establishment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
