Are you a passionate and organised nurse looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic care home environment?
We are seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Cathkin House Care Home in Glasgow. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues, overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care, and supporting the Home Manager in their duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing and care colleagues
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care
- Support the Home Manager in their duties
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of residents
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD)
- Experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Knowledge of care planning processes and clinical assessment tools
