About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Investment Director to lead our high-growth venture investment strategy, driving exceptional returns and value creation.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage extensive networks and relationships to identify and close new investment opportunities that align with our mission.
  • Develop and implement a robust research framework to explore key investment themes and emerging technologies.
  • Champion deal recommendations to our Board and drive due diligence processes to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee financial modeling, legal negotiations, and fundraising efforts to support portfolio companies' growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with management teams across our portfolio, providing strategic guidance and support.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in private equity or venture capital, with a focus on high-growth sectors such as sustainability, health tech, or renewable energy.
  • Deep experience in financial engineering, deal structuring, and portfolio management.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into actionable insights.
