About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Advisor to join our team at Refresco. As a key member of our HSE team, you will play a critical role in promoting a high-performance safety culture and driving engagement across our HSE programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective HSE strategies to reduce risk and improve compliance across our manufacturing operations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to site area managers and other personnel on HSE-related matters.
  • Collaborate with the site PLT and UK Head of Health, Safety and Environment to ensure group consistency in the delivery of the HSE improvement agenda.
  • Compile compliance reports and liaise with regulators such as the Environmental Agency.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Certificate in Health and Safety as a minimum.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK HSE legislation and its practical application.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good Microsoft packages experience.
