Job Overview
This role involves providing culinary excellence to our armed forces personnel, improving their quality of life every day. You will be responsible for assisting with running service, preparation and other duties of the busy working kitchen, ensuring strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems, working with the FOH team to drive service excellence, monitoring sanitation practices to ensure employees follow standards and regulations, and preparing, producing and presenting food to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assistance with running service/preparation/other duties of the busy working kitchen.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems.
  • Working with the FOH team to drive service excellence.
  • Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations.
  • Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need NVQ level 2/3 or experience in a busy kitchen environment, basic IT skills, experience in menu production and confident input, exposure to bulk cooking, and the enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills.
