Salary:

£16-£19 per hour (OTE with overtime between £40-90k)

Agricultural Engineer Job Description:

In this role, you will work on a wide range of tasks including repairing and servicing agricultural machines, completing supplier technical case submissions, and demonstrating agricultural machinery when requested.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and keeping in good repair at all times the van issued for the job, if applicable, and any other Company vehicle or item of plant as may be required.

This role requires strong communication skills, as you will be dealing with enquiries and queries received quickly and efficiently, providing a good service at all times.

Key responsibilities include timely completion of all submissions and paperwork needed for smooth and efficient department operation, as well as repair and service of agricultural machinery and equipment when required.

You will also undertake any reasonable task as may be requested by a supervisor or senior officer of the Company, and deliver and collect any items as may be deemed necessary.

Other duties include protecting the Company's good name and preventing the misuse of any of its assets.

Please note that this role requires 3+ years' experience in a similar role and industry with good product knowledge, and a full driving licence.

Benefits:
  • Salary: £16-£19 hour (OTE with overtime between £40-90k).
  • Working Hours: 8.00 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00 am to 3.30 pm on Fridays.
  • Overtime: After 39 hours worked per week x 1.5. All hours after 48 hours worked per week and Sundays x 2.
  • Holiday Package: 22 days + 8 BH.
  • Company Van.
  • Company Sick Pay after 6 months.
