The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Drainage Engineer to join our team at Lanes Group plc.

About the Role

As a Trainee Drainage Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced Drainage Engineers in a variety of tasks, including shadowing and assisting on site, and participating in maintenance programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced Drainage Engineers on site and during maintenance programmes
  • Participate in training and development programmes to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work safely and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions to customers
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
