Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as a Night Guest Service Agent at the Adagio Aparthotel Stratford.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time position requiring the candidate to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Providing a high level of customer service and satisfaction
• Ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs
• Providing insights on local attractions and eateries
• Maintaining a clean and tidy lobby and reception area

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work on a rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays)
• Professional presentation essential
