Job Title: Senior Fire Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fire Engineer to join our team in Leeds or Sheffield. As a Senior Fire Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering fire safety solutions for our clients and contributing to the development of our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a creative and innovative team of fire safety consultants. You will be responsible for implementing fire engineering services on our projects, working closely with junior engineers and collaborating with colleagues across the UK and Middle East.

As a Senior Fire Engineer, you will have the opportunity to travel to our 10 UK offices or further afield as projects require. You will be working on a range of diverse and exciting projects, from conceptual fire strategy development to handing over landmark projects in the built environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality fire safety solutions on time and on budget
  • Manage junior engineers and contribute to the development of our team
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the UK and Middle East
  • Implement fire engineering services on our projects
Requirements
  • Chartered with a relevant institution such as the Institution of Fire Engineers or close to gaining Chartered Engineer status
  • Extensive background in delivering fire engineered solutions for UK-based projects
  • Familiarity with appropriate legislation and design guidance for use in the UK
  • Be familiar with RIBA stages of design or other design frameworks
