Job Title: Social Media & Administration Assistant

Type: We are seeking a part-time team member to work 12 hours per week over 3 days, during office hours. The specific days are flexible and can easily accommodate school drop-off and pick-up times if needed. This role is ideal for someone looking for a flexible schedule and the opportunity to grow with a dynamic company.

Rate of pay: £7,488 pro rata

We are a growing Professional Association company based in the UK, looking for a home-based Social Media and Admin Assistant. We're seeking someone with a creative flair to support both our business and clients' digital presence, as well as research and write engaging content.

  1. Research and write social media posts and blogs
  2. Creating social media images and videos
  3. Copy writing and writing newsletters
  4. Dealing with customer systems to carry out tasks
  5. Administrative tasks
  6. Experience with Facebook and Twitter (training will be given)
  7. Good understanding of both Microsoft and Google platforms
  8. Good understanding of Canva
  9. Self-motivated and works well without supervision
  10. The ability to work on multiple projects at one time
  11. The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  12. Good attention to detail and accuracy
  13. The ability to be a team player
  14. Enjoys challenges

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a social media strategy to engage with our audience
  2. Research and write high-quality content for social media and blogs
  3. Design and create social media images and videos
  4. Manage and maintain our social media presence
  5. Provide administrative support to the team

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication and writing skills
  2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
