We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team at the Best Jobs. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and develop the compliance function and play a critical role in supporting our ambitious plans to transform the way payment facilitators operate and deliver an efficient and engaging experience for our merchant customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on regulatory requirements, including PSD2, FCA conduct of business rules, financial crime prevention, and anti-money laundering.
- Develop and maintain a risk-based compliance monitoring plan.
- Design and deliver compliance training programs to colleagues.
- Prepare and submit regulatory returns.
- Oversee and support the wider risk management framework.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a compliance advisor role with a minimum of 4 years spent working in an FCA regulated firm.
- Excellent technical ability, commercially minded, and excellent communication and people skills.
- Adaptable to change and highly organized.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of up to 50,000 p.a.
- A full-time permanent position with a Monday to Friday schedule.
