We are seeking a skilled Roadside Mechanic to join our team in Oxford.

Competitive base salary: £33,000 per year, complemented by an average On-Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from £41,000 to £51,000.

As a Highway Maintenance Technician at RAC Motoring Services, you will have the opportunity to work on various tasks related to road maintenance and repair. This includes inspecting and maintaining vehicles, performing routine maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting issues with equipment and machinery.

You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and ready for deployment. Your technical skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure will be essential in this role.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanics and experience working with heavy machinery. You must be able to lift 25 kg and stand for long periods. A valid UK driving license is also required.
