About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Nurse to join our team at Aspire People. As a Nursery Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to young children in a nursery setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum to children aged 0-5 years
  • Work with children with Special Educational Needs and disabilities (SEND) to provide individualized support and care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursery policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Level 2/3 childcare qualification (or equivalent)
  • DBS check on the update service (or willing to undergo a new check)
  • First Aid training (desirable)
  • Two references from previous employers
