About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team at Net Talent. As a Digital Transformation Solutions Expert, you will play a key role in helping our clients unlock business value through effective digital and technological transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Maturity Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate and report on the maturity level of our clients' digital presence across people, processes, and business systems.
  • Digital Strategy Definition: Collaborate with executive leadership to define and refine the organization's digital strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Presentation and Communication: Create engaging presentations and clearly articulate strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Business Process & Value Stream Mapping: Map multiple core business processes, data flow points, and system requirements in detail to identify where value can be unlocked and operational inefficiencies reduced through transformative changes.
  • Customer Segmentation & Journey Mapping: Profile our clients' customer base to advise on the most effective digital channels and processes that enhance engagement and interaction through recommended digital solutions.
  • Business Systems Architecture: Design a comprehensive digital ecosystem that integrates both existing and new business systems, ensuring seamless integration.
  • System Selection: Lead the system selection process for upgrading or replacing systems, including evaluating, recommending, and selecting third-party applications and platforms that meet business and functional requirements.
  • Supplier Governance: Oversee and manage system suppliers, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and deliver high-quality services.
  • Project Leadership: Lead the implementation of business change initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring they achieve desired benefits.
  • Low-Code Software Development: Take responsibility for hands-on low-code software development, requiring expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, design specifications, and code repositories for handover to clients and third-party support services.
  • Compliance & Transition: Ensure all digital solutions comply with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest digital trends, software development practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve solutions and reassess customer digital ecosystems for future improvements and risk mitigation.
Requirements
  • Experience of digital solutions architecture, with proven examples of successful delivery of the responsibilities and activities outlined above.
  • Proficiency in low-code software development, with recent examples showcasing expertise, particularly within the Microsoft stack (Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Experience in high-code software development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience using industry-standard programming languages.
