Aquatic Instructor

We are seeking a skilled Aquatic Instructor to join our team at Hudson Leisure Centre. As a Swimming Coach, you will be responsible for delivering swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, ensuring they feel supported and achieve their goals.

Your main duties will include teaching swimming techniques, communicating with parents and guardians, and supervising customers in the swimming pool and surrounding areas. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and disciplined environment.

• Teach swimming lessons to children and adults in accordance with your qualification, training, and experience.
• Communicate with parents and guardians concerning their child's development and progress.
• Assist in supervising customers in the swimming pool and surrounding areas, ensuring their safety and discipline.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, providing excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to work closely with them.
• Hold a Level 1 or 2 swimming teaching qualification and have a valid DBS check.
