We are seeking a motivated and experienced Paediatric Nurse to join our team as a Junior Sister. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients and supporting the development of our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to junior staff members
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Contribute to the education and training of nursing staff
  • Support the ward manager in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

We are looking for a candidate with a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting the development of others, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role:
