About Our Electrical Supervisor Position

We are currently looking for a seasoned Electrical Supervisor to join our dynamic team at JN F Limited.

This key position involves managing a team of skilled electricians, overseeing multiple projects, and upholding the highest standards of workmanship.

Main Objectives:

  • Lead and direct a team of electricians on complex projects.
  • Develop and implement efficient documentation and reporting processes on our custom software system.
  • Coordinate the procurement and distribution of materials, ensuring optimal team productivity.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments, engage in impactful toolbox talks, and maintain accurate records of outcomes.
  • Guarantee the prompt verification of inspection and testing results, adhering to stringent quality control standards.
  • Regularly inspect completed works to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Hold a minimum of 18th edition City and Guilds qualification.
  • NVQ level 3 electrical installation qualification is also a requirement.
  • Inspection and Testing 2391 or equivalent certification is necessary.
  • Prospective candidates must demonstrate prior supervisory experience in the electrical industry.
  • A solid understanding of Microsoft technology and associated software systems is crucial.
