  • As a qualified nurse, you will assist the Service Manager in leading staff to deliver exceptional care and promoting dignity, privacy, independence, and equality.
  • You will coordinate and lead the nursing team to provide person-centred care, addressing the unique needs of each resident.
  • Maintaining open communication with external health professionals is essential in ensuring seamless referrals and discharges.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the nursing unit, ensuring smooth admissions and discharges, and supporting recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Performance reviews, appraisals, and mentorship for employees are also part of your responsibilities.
  • You will address complaints and suggestions promptly, ensuring actions are taken within set timeframes.
