We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our ERS team in Swansea. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of Claims Technicians, ensuring the smooth running of the Claims department.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop a team of Claims Technicians, including training, performance management, and day-to-day activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service by responding to phone calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Monitor communication with customers and service providers, ensuring that all established standards are met or exceeded.
- Set and manage resource requirements for the team, including recruitment in conjunction with HR.
- Oversee tasks and activities of Claims Technicians, providing support, coaching, and development as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, internal SLA, and FCA/PRA requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Basic understanding of insurance principles and contracts.
- Knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance provisions.
This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package, including hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
