We are seeking an experienced Commis Chef to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Reading. The successful candidate will have a passion for cooking and a drive to succeed, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage their own station. If you have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you

About the Role:
The Commis Chef will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, working closely with our experienced chefs to ensure that all dishes meet our high-quality expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to develop their skills and progress their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
* Manage your own station and support the kitchen team
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Commis Chef or equivalent role
* Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary and Benefits:
