Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing PR strategies across multiple markets.

Your primary focus will be on managing relationships with PR agencies, regional managers, and key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for evaluating the impact of our PR activities and providing regular updates to the global PR evaluation team.

In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring PR budget spend, compiling records, and providing input to the Global Head of PR and Communications.

You will also be responsible for press office functions, including prioritizing and answering direct media requests, progressing opportunities, and managing the distribution of commentary from our global network of market analysts.

As a key member of our team, you will also be responsible for monitoring and managing our reputation globally, including reviewing daily press clippings, monitoring journalists' requests, and identifying story opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of PR experience (in-house or agency)
  • Fluent English; extra languages an advantage
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of fintech and financial services
  • Experience managing PR agencies
  • Proven track record in building media relationships
  • Pro-active and solutions driven with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Experience of working with other nationalities and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Ability to work in crisis mode
