The ideal candidate will be an inquisitive and strategic thinker, capable of analyzing business problems and opportunities, and translating them into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting analysis to understand business areas, considering people, processes, information, data, and technology.
  • Identifying and elaborating user and business needs to enable effective design, development, and business change.
  • Ensuring new solutions and services meet business and user needs, and are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Understanding business and policy constraints, and assessing their implications.
  • Identifying areas for improvement, exploring feasible options, analyzing the effects of change, and defining success measures.

Essential Skills:

  • Business analysis, with the ability to apply structured approaches to identify, investigate, analyze, and communicate complex business problems and opportunities.
  • Requirements definition and management, with the ability to identify, analyze, challenge, and validate business and user requirements.
  • Stakeholder relationship management, with the ability to identify, analyze, manage, and monitor relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Business modeling, with the ability to model various elements of the business.
  • Business process improvement, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve business performance.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience working within a large multinational organization or project team.
  • Experience working alongside system integrators and specialist vendors in a delivery environment.
  • Experience using software development tools to gather and manage requirements.

Qualifications:

  • BCS Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent.
  • IIBA Certified Business Analysis Practitioner or equivalent.
  • Relevant educational degree or equivalent experience.
