About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Crane Mechanic to join our dynamic engineering team in Bristol. As a crucial member of our maintenance team, you will work alongside our skilled Maintenance Supervisor and Fitters to ensure our cranes are in prime condition at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with servicing, repairs, and breakdown maintenance of cranes to uphold our high standards of safety and performance
  • Maintain accurate service records and provide technical advice to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with operations to schedule repairs and procure necessary materials
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes and efficiency within the role
Requirements
  • Previous experience maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing faults with heavy machinery
  • Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks
