About the Role

As a key member of our Technology team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our infrastructure strategy, ensuring that our technology infrastructure is aligned with our business objectives and is able to support our growth and innovation plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement our infrastructure strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead and manage a team of infrastructure professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our technology infrastructure is integrated with our business processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in infrastructure strategy and management, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions, with a focus on delivering business value.
  • Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of technology infrastructure and systems.
