Homecare Assistant with a Positive Outlook

We are seeking a Homecare Assistant with a Positive Outlook to join our team. This role involves providing social and emotional support to residents in their homes or local communities.
The estimated salary for this position is around £11.44 per hour. As a Homecare Assistant with a Positive Outlook, you will work closely with our team to provide tailored care and support services that meet individual needs.
You will be responsible for providing personal care, including hygiene support if required, as well as supporting residents with shopping, budgeting, and household tasks. You will also have the opportunity to build and maintain relationships with friends and family of our residents.
We require applicants to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and to be computer literate. Ideally, you will have experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, including autism.
