Branch Caseworker

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Branch Caseworker to join our team at jobs24. As a Branch Caseworker, you will play a vital role in providing a comprehensive casework service to our members, ensuring their rights and interests are protected.

• Represent members on individual issues and in groups, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and disputes.
• Assist workplace representatives in their roles, providing training and resources to help them effectively represent members.
• Develop and maintain a good knowledge of employment law, employment practices, policies, and procedures, as well as a strong understanding of Trade Union Organising.
• Utilize sound analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues, and develop effective communication skills to persuade others and negotiate resolutions.
• Provide excellent administrative, IT, and organisational support to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
