About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Relief Pharmacist to join our team at Superdrug. As a Relief Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and exceeding targets in our community pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of great service, stock control, operational, and GPhC standards in our pharmacies.
  • Work closely with the Regional Healthcare Manager to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize profit through the achievement of targets.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to pharmacy teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Requirements
  • Must be a GPhC qualified pharmacist with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Preferably with experience of working in a community pharmacy environment.
  • Strong understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and commercial principles.
  • Full driving license to cover multiple stores.
