We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Fitness Experience professional at Fitness First. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional member experience and promoting our fitness product offering.
Key Responsibilities:- Improve the health and wellbeing of our members through personalized coaching and guidance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive member experience.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and functional gym and studio area, adhering to high standards of hygiene and maintenance.
- Teach Fitness First signature classes and assist members in relation to all fitness products.
- Contribute to the retention of club members by promoting our fitness product offering, including classes, custom-made workouts, equipment, and personal trainers.
- Passion for health and fitness, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
- Level 2 fitness qualification or working towards it.
- Ability to teach Fitness First signature classes and provide guidance on fitness products.
