### Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Catering Assistant to join our team at Wellesley Hospital. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our chefs to prepare meals, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and assisting with deliveries.

### Key Responsibilities

* Assist catering staff with meal preparation and cooking in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Serve food and beverages to service users, staff, and visitors.
* Maintain storage procedures and stock rotation.
* Ensure all areas, equipment, and furniture are cleaned and stored correctly.
* Collaborate with the wider team, including dietitians, to ensure dietary and planned meals are met.

### Requirements

* Relevant catering qualification (desirable).
* Knowledge of COSHH and HACCP.
* Experience working in a similar role.
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
