Consumer Litigation Role

Our client, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a skilled litigator to join their Consumer Litigation team in Bradford. As an in-house legal counsel, you will be responsible for a mixed caseload of Small Claims and Fast Track cases, involving the drafting, negotiating, and reviewing of various legal documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of Small Claims and Fast Track cases
  • Draft, negotiate, and review legal documents
  • Prepare urgent applications as needed
  • Attend mediation discussions
  • Provide support and development to junior team members

Requirements:

  • Excellent working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
  • Strong background in civil litigation
  • Experience in breach of contract and data protection disputes
  • 2 days of attendance in the Bradford office, with 2 days available for remote working
