Palladium's TheRestart programme offers enhanced support to Universal Credit claimants who have been out of work for at least 6 months to find jobs in their local area. The programme provides up to 12 months of tailored support for each participant, working with employers, local government, and other partners to deliver individualised support for job seekers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a case load of customers to create and follow an individualised work plan towards sustained employment.
- Work with customers to identify their strengths and areas for improvement, and develop a tailored support plan to help them achieve their employment goals.
- Collaborate with employers and other partners to provide job opportunities and support for customers.
Requirements:
The salary range for this role is: £25,000 to £29,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds and with varying levels of employment experience.
