The programme provides up to 12 months of tailored support for each participant, working with employers, local government, and other partners to deliver individualised support for job seekers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a case load of customers to create and follow an individualised work plan towards sustained employment.
  • Work with customers to identify their strengths and areas for improvement, and develop a tailored support plan to help them achieve their employment goals.
  • Collaborate with employers and other partners to provide job opportunities and support for customers.

Requirements:

The salary range for this role is: £25,000 to £29,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds and with varying levels of employment experience.
