Conveyancing Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Conveyancing Administrator to join our Property Team in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have good IT skills, be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of applications, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new conveyancing quotations, following AML and on-boarding procedures, opening new files on our case management system, and producing Client Engagement letters and new client packs.
Additionally, the Conveyancing Administrator will deal with correspondence with clients, agents, lenders, landlords, and solicitors, order conveyancing searches, use the Land Registry Portal, and answer telephones and update clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors.
Requirements:
- Good IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
- Professional telephone manner and attention to detail
