Your RoleWe're currently seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, you'll work closely with our clients to deliver successful construction projects that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
Your responsibilities will include producing detailed project cost estimates, handling contractor procurement, post-tender reviews, and negotiating contracts. You'll also be responsible for managing construction contracts on behalf of clients, including change management, valuations, and certifications throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities- Produce project cost estimates as designs progress through the RIBA work stages
- Handle contractor procurement and post-tender reviews
- Negotiate contracts and manage construction contracts on behalf of clients
- 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
We're offering a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience. You'll also enjoy flexible working hours, private health insurance, life assurance, and a 9-day working fortnight.
