Job Summary:

Rishabh RPO is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of aerospace components by performing dimensional inspections, calibrating and validating equipment, and recommending solutions to quality problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily part inspections using state-of-the-art Hexagon Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) and PCDMIS software.
  • Program and parse FAI data collections using Parsec software.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of GD&T and perform manual inspections.
  • Utilize nonconformance processes and identify quality problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality control processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in dimensional inspection of aerospace components.
  • Superior blue print reading skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in the use of precision hand tools, gages, optical comparator, and surface plate work.
  • Experience inspecting tight tolerance high value components.
  • Familiar with the use of personal computers and self-motivation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Desired knowledge of Polyworks and Spatial Analyzer PC DMIS NC on machine inspection.
  • Faro and Verisurf knowledge.
  • Basic machining knowledge.
  • Familiar with Mastercam preferably X6 or higher.
  • Experience operating heavy lifting equipment such as cranes and forklifts around flight critical hardware.
  • Outside processing knowledge (heat treat, plating, coating, EDM, grinding, etc.).
