Role Summary:

KBS is seeking an experienced Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work directly with clients to help them build essential life skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and reach their full potential.

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and adapt quickly to changing situations. You will be responsible for implementing structured lessons, teaching daily living skills, and introducing strategies to manage behavior.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a passion for working with children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities, and a willingness to pursue an RBT certification.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the latest ABA techniques and strategies, work closely with a supportive team, and earn a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.
