The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our Asset Management team as an Assistant Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the directors and senior management team in progressing administration cases from initial advice to appointment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Development and implementation of case strategies;
  2. Liaising with key stakeholders to agree case strategies;
  3. Supervising, mentoring, and training junior team members;
  4. Planning, delegating, and monitoring cases to ensure effective work completion;
  5. Reviewing statutory reports, case planning, and preparing estimated outcome statements;
  6. Monitoring work-in-progress and costs to budget;
  7. Conducting investigation work and identifying potential areas of review;
  8. Liaising with solicitors, agents, and stakeholders;
  9. Overseeing and progressing cases from inception to handover to the progression and closure team;
  10. Identifying risk issues and drawing them to the attention of the directors.

Aimeewillow is a leading company in the region, and this new team will be a key part of our growth strategy. The successful candidate will be working closely with directors and senior management across the Sheffield offices.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years' corporate insolvency experience is required for this role.
