Job Title: Head of Wealth Planning

As a key member of EFG International's leadership team, the Head of Wealth Planning will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and growth of our wealth planning capabilities in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive wealth planning strategy to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Lead a team of experienced wealth planners to deliver high-quality advice and solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of wealth planning services.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of our wealth planning business.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in wealth planning, with a strong understanding of UK tax and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the wealth planning industry and market trends.
