We are seeking a skilled Senior Actuarial Pensions Specialist to join our team as a senior actuarial student consultant. As part of WTW GB Retirement, you will work on core UK defined benefit pensions actuarial work with a wide range of clients.

  • You will be responsible for providing advice on regular valuations, accounting, PPF levies, individual calculations, and factor reviews.
  • Your work may cover both trustee and corporate assignments, offering opportunities to contribute to varied and interesting projects such as integrated risk management, liability management, GMP equalisation, plan design strategy, asset/liability modelling, mergers and acquisitions, and more.
  • You will work effectively with colleagues, building relationships and taking an active interest in the development of more junior staff through mentoring and delegation.

Location and Work Style Flexibility

  • Select any of our GB locations (London, Reigate, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh) as your office base and benefit from working on client teams and with colleagues from other offices.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This role is open to candidates who can adapt to our 'Work Styles' structure, ensuring flexibility and autonomy in their work.
