Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the installation team with Epos system builds and configurations.
- Visit client sites to repair, fault-find, and swap out IT/Epos hardware.
- Programme Epos applications to meet clients' individual requirements.
- Provide clients with operational advice and support via various communication channels.
- Deliver training to clients on-site and remotely.
- Assist with on-site installations of new systems.
- Provide out-of-hours/weekend support cover on a rotational basis.
Requirements:
- A strong interest in IT and technology.
- Previous IT knowledge or experience, preferably with Epos systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel and work away from home occasionally.
